MAXSCOOTMOTORS provides website functionality and other products and services when you visit or purchase from the MAXSCOOTMOTORS website , MAXSCOOTMOTORS provides the MAXSCOOTMOTORS Services under the terms set out in this page.
These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between MAXSCOOTMOTORS and you. We offer a wide range of services and additional terms may apply.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with MAXSCOOTMOTORS. By ordering with MAXSCOOTMOTORS, you notify us of your agreement to be subject to these conditions.
- HOW TO ORDER
If you wish to purchase one or more product(s) listed on the Website, you must select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your basket. When you have selected all the products you want to buy, you can confirm the contents of your basket and place the order.
At this stage, you will be redirected to a page summarizing the details of the products you have selected, their price and the delivery options (with the relevant delivery costs). You will then have to choose the delivery options as well as the shipping and payment methods that suit you best. The method of delivery may however be imposed according to specific products.
At the bottom of this page is the order button. You must click this button to confirm and place your order.
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation message. We inform you of the sending of your articles. You nevertheless have the possibility of modifying your order until the date of dispatch of your articles.
Please note that we only sell products in quantities corresponding to the usual average needs of a household, excluding specific orders on quotation. This applies both to the number of products ordered in a single order and to the number of individual orders respecting the usual quantity of a normal household placed for the same product.
You agree to obtain invoices for your purchases electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available to you in .pdf format in the Your account space on our Website. - RIGHT OF RETENTION
Pursuant to the law of May 12, 1980, MAXSCOOTMOTORS retains full ownership of the goods covered by the order, until full payment at the prices invoiced. In the event of non-payment MAXSCOOTMOTORS reserves the right to demand the return of the goods at the buyer’s expense. Any difficulty relating to the application of this clause, will be by express agreement, the exclusive competence of the President of the Commercial Court of Caen ruling in summary proceedings.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF 14 DAYS, EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL,
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless one of the exceptions listed below is applicable, you can withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days running from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has taken physical possession of the goods purchased (or of the last good, batch or part if the contract relates to the delivery of several goods or several batches or parts delivered separately).
You must notify us (MAXSCOOTMOTORS,311 Bd de la Madeleine Nice Province-Alpes-Côtes d’Azur France) of your decision to withdraw from your order. You can submit your request online in accordance with the instructions and forms available from our online returns center, using the withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires and return your product to the address we will provide.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
We will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery charges (i.e. the cheapest delivery we offer) no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request. We will use the same payment method that you used when placing your initial order. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any additional costs for you. We may defer reimbursement until we have received the product(s), the date chosen being that of the first of these events
